Meaningful Partnerships that Expand & Enhance our Services

Global Campus Foundation
LSI enjoys a long-term partnership with the Global Campuses Foundation, which provides the forum for lifelong learning after graduation from high school.

Project SEARCH
One of the unique opportunities for high school seniors who are transitioning to adult services, Project SEARCH is a remarkable, nationally based organization that we partner with to help the people we assist to learn marketable skills for more competitive employment. LSI collaborates with the Pathways agency in New Hampshire and the Hartford School District to operate the River Valley Project SEARCH at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. The program is supported by funding from the Vermont Agency of Education, the Vermont and New Hampshire Divisions of Vocational Rehabilitation and both Vermont and New Hampshire Divisions of Developmental Services.
Project SEARCH interns receive support from the LSI Employment team to ensure that they are competitively employed as they graduate from the program. Graduates from the River Valley Project SEARCH have found employment in hospitals, assisted living facilities, in the sales team of a major retailer and college dining services.

Vermont Comforts of Home
Jointly operated by Lincoln Street Inc. and Upper Valley Services, this novel program provides individualized home care and support for individuals who qualify for a nursing home level of care. Our goal is to offer a choice when, due to medical and personal care needs, a person can no longer live at home without support. Our proven belief is that most individuals in these conditions can continue to live in a home environment, provided they have appropriate care.
